Thanks for stopping by our web site. We are in the start-up stage of our group. Everyone is welcome no matter where you are from. Below are the details of this exciting new group....
We are going to charge a one time fee of $1000.00 to become a georgia-carolina investor group member. This will be escrowed until we have 70 members. Currently we will limit the membership to 100 people.
After 70 members have joined we will then invest this money in new home construction in the Aiken, SC/Augusta, GA area. I have several builders that will pay 12% when the home sellings. The current time on market in this area is less then 80 days. We can turn about three houses this year (depending on weather). The balance of membership dues will be used to purchase rental units. We also would want everyone to agree to not cash in their membership for three years.
This is a great chance for folks to invest a little money to test the investment world. We project within 30 months to be turning 5 homes and own at least three units.
This is a small project but once we get established we can look at becoming an S corporation and adding investors.
